By creating an account or using MemoryMag, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

MemoryMag allows you to store, organize, share, and relive personal memories including photos, videos, voice notes, journals, and time capsules. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By using MemoryMag, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content solely to provide app functionality.

5. Sharing & Collaboration

You are responsible for any content you share or contribute to shared albums. MemoryMag is not responsible for content shared between users.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan. You may cancel or renew your subscription as per app store policies.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or offensive content

• Violate others’ privacy or intellectual property

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the app

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

MemoryMag is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, interruptions, or damages arising from use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
